I have been seeing psych's for years for terribble mood instability, anxiety and cognitive dysfuntion. I have tried every drug under the sun, am currently on Nardil the "drug of last resort" and am struggling with side effects..
It seems to me that I have had some kind of dysphoric condition since childhood. I am thinking maybe its time to see a nerologist, like a professor in neurology. How would I find one who specializes in treating people like myself? Would they even take me on as a patient?
I am 32 and I feel as if I am getting dumber as I get older, like I am in cognitive decline.
I need help, can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks
